Won’t you get hip to this timely tip:

The last settlement in Texas is Glenrio, which has a motel with a sign which once proudly proclaimed it to be 'the last motel in Texas'. The reverse of the sign used to say 'the first motel in Texas'. It is eerie to drive through these towns that were once booming and now are just ghost towns.

It can be a little depressing to see these towns that were once thriving and full of people living their lives. The towns are almost like people. People who worked hard all their lives and then end up with nothing to show for it. I worked hard going to school and studying and preparing myself for life and look where I am now. I am like these ghost towns...just a shell of what I once was.

This morning at breakfast I had another one of those gawkers.
There are certain things you just don't do in polite society. Those little rules that everyone thinks are so stupid and never understand until the point they have to deal with the negative outcome of said situation themselves. I really hate  having to work extra hard to reign in my feelings. And I hate that no one seems to understand how hard that is or how much it sucks. I hate that ignorant people do not understand that staring at people is just plain rude. I get annoyed by it instead of being understanding and realizing that people just don't know how to act around a genuine circus freak.  If they are going to take in the sites they could at least pay the admission price.
